How to resolve the audio and footpedal problem in VDI?

If you are working inside the VDI and suddenly audio has gone or footpedal stops working then no need to panic please follow the steps listed below

1. Click on Citrix desktop player icon.

 

2. Click on Setting icon on the desktop player.

3. Go to the virtual machine tab and click on the save button.

4. Wait for few seconds then again start your desktop player.

Then..... 

5. once your Virtual machine will start your Audio or Footpedal will work.
